Axel-Portrait

Welcome, I’m Axel. I spend my time in Blender crafting tiny 3D worlds.

Warm interiors, whimsical houses, and small scenes that feel like they belong in a story. My work leans into stylized, cozy art built for games, brands, and storytellers who want their visuals to feel hand-crafted, with soft, cinematic lighting, painterly textures, and character moments that invite you to slow down.

About Axel’s Blender Worlds

Where It All Started

I began in the 3D images 2020 with small seasonal experiments in Blender: tiny Christmas pieces in winter and little pumpkins in autumn. Those early studies slowly unfolded into full scenes and complete environments, until the tiny 3D worlds in my head finally had somewhere to live.

A Style Built by Hand

I’m self‑taught 3D in Blender, so I learned by building everything myself. Every asset, texture, and light is crafted by hand, which pushed me toward a personal style somewhere between handmade illustration and cozy game art, focused on softness, warmth, and small details.

Recognized Animation Work

In 2025, my passion for visual storytelling led me to the UIL Digital Animation Film State Program finals. As part of a creative team, I handled the 3D modeling and rendering for a 3-minute animation, which sharpened my skills in composition and cinematic lighting.I primarily work in Blender and Adobe Photoshop,

Tools for 3D Storytelling

I primarily work in Blender and Adobe Photoshop, with certifications in Adobe Animate and Autodesk Maya. That mix lets me move comfortably from low‑poly modeling and texturing to animation‑ready scenes that drop smoothly into a client’s pipeline.

Atmosphere and Mood

For me, light, texture, and mood are where everything starts. I build scenes around a feeling: the warmth of a small lamp, the charm of a crooked little house, or the quiet humor of a character frozen mid‑gesture, so each render feels like a moment from a larger story.

For Brands, Campaigns, and Games

I use this approach for brands, campaigns, and games that want more than background noise. Whether it is seasonal illustrations, social media visuals, cozy product shots, or stylized game assets, my goal is always the same: visuals that feel alive, not like generic stock.
